TERMS & CONDITIONS Please note, all returns are at our discretion. In the rare instance that new or refurbished (known as "demo" or "certified pre-owned") gear must be returned, a 20% restocking fee is charged. This is for returns, not exchanges for goods of like-type. Return merchandise authorizations must be given before any return or up to a 40% restocking fee will be applied. All used (not new or demo) gear has a 10 day MBG when returned in the condition purchased, but still requires an RMA. No shipping fees are eligible for refunds under any circumstance. Imacon, Hasselblad, Film, Leica a la carte, any timepieces, or products and all scanners and digital backs or lighting/strobe equipment are all final sales. By final sales, we mean it can not be returned or exchanged. Special orders (including Leica a la carte) and close outs are final sales. We are sorry, but there are no exceptions.
